Rad Bar Tribute
This brief involved choosing a place that was personal to us and communicating that through a kinetic-type sequence. I chose the Rad Bar, a now closed-down venue for local rock and punk bands in Wollongong. For this project, I took a multi-media approach, using scans of printed-out paper, video, and digital After Effects animation. This approach allowed me to convey the essence of the place, referencing the punk, garage and DIY aspects of the culture.
